Presently he is serving on Faculty at Pierce College in Woodland Hills, CA.
Past teaching engagements include West Virginia State University, Park University Youth Conservatory, MO; the Mary C. Snow School Charleston, WV; Cross Lanes Christian School, WV; Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, MI and St. Paul's Episcopal Day School, MO.
Cristian Fatu's teaching philosophy is centered around a perpetual emphasis on whole-rounded musicianship, expressiveness, technique, good tone production, healthy and relaxed body posture. His flexible creative approach is individually tailored to each student’s needs.
If traveling to Los Angeles, CA is not an option Cristian offers online teaching using modern conferencing hardware and software. After relocating to Los Angeles he kept teaching students from West Virginia through Skype.
